Not far from Veravo there are two great limestone walls: the Rocca Rossa and the Bausu.
These two not crowded and wonderful climbing places are a good alternative to Finale Ligure.
The Bausu was the first to be equipped in the zone. The climbing is very technical.

Access
Take motorway A10 to Albenga. Follow the sign for Garessio and after 4 Km turn left for Castelbianco. 4 Km farther, before the town centre, turn right to Veravo.
You can leave the car near the cemetery and take the little road on the left side. After a few meters turn right and some hundred meters farther, take a little path on the left that takes you to the base of the wall. (30 min)

Too hot in summer. Good in winter when sunny.
